Hey Girl. . . My thoughts and prayers are with you, But. . .I’m sure your going to be just fine. The hard part will be when you get home. DO NOT over do it, lifting, pulling, bending over. Take it slow and easy. .I know when your use to doing anything you want to, it’s hard. . I still can’t get that through my head!! I hate that you have to go through this, you will feel much better, when it’s all over. No more blood pressure meds!! YEA! Please have Dan let me know how your doing. Wow, this is amazing. I did find this Dalai’s Lama thought years ago, in a Yoga store while I was walking in the street and got me stuck for some minutes. I had to come back next morning and make a picture.
